I have an issue with my product what can I do?
If you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on product that has been personalised. Please reach out to us by email firstname.lastname@example.org
If an error in personalisation is made at the fault of Paper Daisy we will happily replace the Item.
If the wrong personalisation information has been entered by the customer we will not be able to provide a refund. If this has happened, please touch base with us, we would love to work with you to make sure you get the item of your dreams.
Do your items come with a warranty?
Our products come with a 12-month warranty, however if you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to assess the item and provide a reasonable resolution. Where there is general wear and tear on a product we do not guarantee that the products will be replaced or repaired.
I did not purchase my product with any personalisation and would like to return or exchange it, what do I do?
If you have purchased an item from us without any personalisation we are happy to provide you with an exchange or full refund on the item once returned to us. The item must have a proof of purchase and be in the same condition as when it was sent to you. The item must also be returned within 90 days of it being purchased.

If you have purchased products from Paper Daisy, we may hold your contact details as well as details of the products that we provide to you. Those details are primarily used to send you information about relevant products, latest developments and forthcoming events.
Information for marketing
If we have collected your details from an enquiry you have made, we will hold your contact details and details of information that we send to you. The Personal Information we hold is used to communicate with you on the topics you have indicated an interest in or that we believe that you may be interested in.

Paper Daisy does not take any responsibility for its advertisers, outgoing links or any other part of its website that is not under direct or total control of Paper Daisy. We advise that you read the privacy policies of external sites before submitting personal information.

Your Personal Information and the information which Paper Daisy gathers is used by Paper Daisy for the express purpose for which it was collected. We do not provide Personal Information to other companies except where they are subcontractors or suppliers directly involved in the delivery or sale of a product.
